One of our clients is running a budget hotel/inn business in Kuala Lumpur. They are currently issue receipts by hand-writing when guest arrived at the reception desk. The hotel requires a simple and easy to use system where the reception desk clerk can check room availability, register the booking details, collect deposit and payment and generate receipt and daily sales report for the manager.
The clerk can easily identify room status and the system is able to notify him/her of the overdue bookings. The manager or system administrator has more access to the system such as manage the rooms, control user’s access to available modules and reports.
